Prior to setting up Emeterra in 2013, Jacob spent 20 years in various executive positions with The Coca-Cola Company. Most recently, he was Managing Director, Global Sweeteners of The Coca-Cola Company CEPG – the Coca-Cola system's worldwide bottler collaborative platform – where he led and was responsible for the world's largest industrial user supply chain for sweeteners.
This also represented the biggest area of the company’s global supply chain, spanning over 120 active countries.
Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, Jacob worked with Tata Steel, which is part of the Tata Group, India's largest business conglomerate. He successfully developed and led Tata Steel's main international trading platform for agricultural commodities, establishing it with a global presence.
